Dr Sarah Chan (PhD, Biomedical Sciences) is currently responsible for Business Development activities for SEA-ANZ at L’Oreal’s Research & Innovation department in Singapore, where she sources, assesses and negotiates strategic business relationships and alliances with external partners to create impactful projects. She also advises L’Oreal’s C-level management on R&D strategy based on pertinent disruptive scientific and technological trends. Prior L’Oreal, she was driving commercialisation of biomedical technologies at the Agency of Science Technology and Research in Singapore.
