About the program

This program is for active, sociable people who can quickly make decisions and want to open their own hotel or restaurant. The program focuses on business aspects of the hospitality industry and covers a wide variety of topics: from finance and marketing to culinary theory and hotel business. In addition to the main lectures, students will attend guest lectures from well-known practitioners, visit restaurant laboratories and existing enterprises. We pay special attention to deep understanding of the structure and functioning of industry, as well as responding to customer needs in order to provide excellent service quality.

  2. Research thesis supervised by experienced professors of Narxoz University
  3. Case study or creative startup project
